- All returns should include the original packing slip.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be issued as a gift card to be used at 912 Boulevard X Gear Hub.
- The gift card will reflect the full amount of the returned items.
- You will receive the gift card via email within 7 business days of processing your return.
Store Credit Details:
- We do not offer refunds to the original payment method or in cash.
- Gift cards issued by 912 Boulevard X Gear Hub have no expiration date and can be used for multiple purchases until the balance is used up.
Non-Returnable Items:
- For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel, swimwear, earrings, and supplements are non-returnable unless they are defective.
- Items purchased on sale or at a discount are final sale and cannot be returned.
Defective or Damaged Items:

Shipping Rates:
- We offer a flat rate of $8.99 for standard shipping on all orders.
- Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $150.
Combining Multiple Orders:
- If you place multiple orders on the same day, email us at 912blvd@gmail.com to request a combination of your orders.
- Upon request, we will refund one of the shipping charges.
Double-Check Your Shipping Address:
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
- If an incorrect address leads to additional shipping charges, the customer will be responsible for those costs.
- In case a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping fees will apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
